A Message From Our President

I won't kid you: of all the products and services to sell, copiers are certainly not the easiest. When the first plain paper copiers were introduced many years ago they came with fire extinguishers inside the cabinet. That's because the copiers of the day sometimes caught fire. And I remember when one of my clients called me, screaming at the top of his lungs, with fire sirens in the background. But despite that and several other dark days, for the past 30 years we have grown our account base and provided good jobs to our employees, some of whom have been with us for almost the entire 30 years. How do we do it? We've been fortunate in many ways, but two things stand out to me:

Customer Service: We make every effort to keep our customers happy. We go the extra mile. We have real people in the service department answering service calls so your call is routed correctly the first time. We actually do care that you have a problem and we want to fix it as much as you want it fixed.

Investment: We invest in our people; we invest in technology, and sell the best equipment. Our Service Technicians and Network Support Personnel are highly trained, certified professionals, ensuring your issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently. We took on Kyocera-Mita because they were breaking new ground as a solutions provider; it was the right move. Their technology and reliability is extraordinary for both the customer and for us, and their value added software utilities - our customers just love them!

So please, continue to browse the site and end it with a call to one of our sales professionals. Whatever your document management needs, we'd love to help you with them.

Thank you.,

Sal Altavilla, President
